1. Controller
Gus IT LLC
2122 Chagall Cir
West Palm Beach, FL 33409
USA
Email: [email protected]
Gus IT LLC ("we") is a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Florida, USA. We are the controller within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR for the processing described below.
2. Representative in the European Union (Article 27 GDPR)
Gus IT LLC has not currently designated a representative in the Union under Art. 27 GDPR. This website is a static informational site; personal data is processed only occasionally, not on a large scale, and without special categories of data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR, so in our assessment the exemption under Art. 27(2)(a) GDPR applies. For any data-protection enquiries, please contact [email protected]. Should the designation of an EU representative become necessary, we will add their name and address here.
3. What this policy covers
This website is a static informational site. We process personal data only in the narrowly defined cases described below: hosting (server logs), the contact form, and cookieless web analytics. We run no advertising and use no marketing pixels or third-party trackers.
4. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)
This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA ("Cloudflare"). When you access the site, Cloudflare processes the connection data technically required to deliver it — in particular your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested URL, browser type/user agent and referrer URL — in server logs, in order to serve the site securely and reliably (including protection against attacks such as DDoS).
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably). Cloudflare acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). We do not combine these logs with any other data.
5. Contact form
When you use our contact form, we process the data you enter: your name, email address, your message and — if you choose to provide it — your company. The data is transmitted to us by email and used solely to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is directed at entering into or performing a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us).
We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent. We delete enquiry data once the purpose of processing no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
6. Web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused measurement tool. It works without cookies, without fingerprinting individuals and without building personal profiles; we see only aggregated statistics (such as page views and referrers). Because no cookies are set and no personal profiles are created, no consent — and no cookie banner — is required.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in an aggregated, anonymous evaluation of how the website is used).
7. Cookies
This website sets no cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics purposes and uses no other tracking technologies.
8. Fonts
This website uses the system fonts already present on your device. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service.
9. Data transfers to the United States
Gus IT LLC is established in the USA, and our hosting provider Cloudflare is a US company; the data described above may therefore be processed in the USA. Where required, we base transfers on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
10. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority at your habitual place of residence.

12. Changes to this policy
We update this privacy policy when the website or legal requirements change. The version published here is the version in force.
